By accessing or using talkKrishna ("the Service"), available at talkkrishna.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use talkKrishna. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

talkKrishna is an AI-powered spiritual guidance platform that provides responses inspired by the teachings of Lord Krishna, the Bhagavad Gita, the Mahabharata, and Vedic wisdom. The AI generates responses based on these texts and traditions.

Important Disclaimers

• talkKrishna is an AI service, not a real deity or spiritual authority. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence trained on spiritual texts.
• The Service is intended for spiritual reflection, personal growth, and entertainment purposes only.
• Responses should not be treated as professional advice — whether medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
• talkKrishna does not claim to represent any religious organization, temple, or spiritual institution.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for more than 12 months.

Available Plans

• Ek Prashn (One Question) — ₹21 one-time payment for a single chat session
• Maasik Seva (Monthly Subscription) — ₹499/month for unlimited chats, full chat history, and priority responses
• Vivah Margdarshan (Marriage Advice) — ₹999 one-time payment for 5 dedicated marriage guidance sessions

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscription Terms

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

• One-time payments (Ek Prashn, Vivah Margdarshan) — Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if no chat session has been initiated. Once a conversation has started, the payment is non-refundable.
• Monthly subscriptions — No refunds for partial months. You may cancel to prevent future charges. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us within 7 days for a pro-rated refund.
• To request a refund, email [email protected] with your payment details and reason.

You agree not to use talkKrishna to:

• Generate or promote content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the AI system's underlying prompts or model
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service
• Circumvent payment systems or access paid features without authorization
• Impersonate talkKrishna, Lord Krishna, or any religious authority in external communications
• Use responses for commercial purposes without written permission
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice or refund.

• The talkKrishna name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of talkKrishna and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use. You may share individual responses on social media with attribution to talkKrishna.
• You retain ownership of the messages you send. By using the Service, you grant talkKrishna a limited license to process your messages for the purpose of generating responses and improving the service.
• The Bhagavad Gita, Mahabharata, and other ancient texts referenced are in the public domain. Our AI's interpretations and presentations are original works.

talkKrishna is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated spiritual guidance
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on responses from the Service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to talkKrishna in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of talkKrishna after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of talkKrishna shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
